Non Opec ProductionI don't think the shale guys are going to want to fire up production right away and drive the price back down again. Even they can figure out that selling less at a higher price is better than overproducing and having to shut down. There are also non opec and non shale producers who are hurting and putting projects on hold. Oil will creep back up and if Ithaca can avoid a lowball bid the sp should crawl back up. There are hundreds of millions of barrels around the Stella area that will be looking for a system to be pumped through over time. I don't think any other producer in the area will want to build another one. B
