RE:On the European Union Vote

RE:On the European Union VoteSome good points Doug and very interesting about Greece but it is not all about money. There are so many other issues to contemplate. I for one am voting out. I have seen on a daily basis the erosion of the UK's strength. Then you've got TTIP as just one example of a forthcoming nightmare and having to contend with Mr Quisling Cameron. I for one would rather be poorer and have a chance to regain my strength than become the complete 100% pedigree poodle to the US and Brussels. I agree we can be part of the eventual solution to Europe's woes but from the outside. Time to strip naked, paint oneself with woad (or just your face if your from the South) and try to regain what we once had. You could of course just vote No. It's better to live one day as a lion, than a thousand years as a lamb. Or in modern parlance one Spring as a lamb before becoming someone's (USA's) lunch. Credit to Italy for that one. On a more interesting topic what's your latest view on our Ithaca?
