Jack Lee did not buy the shares personally, he bought the shares thru facet resources, a private investment company he is president of, although i'm sure a fair prortion of facet's money is jacks. looks to me like he's probably too busy to be on iae's board tather than any of the other scenarios.

I 'm sure they will anounce the sailing date once they have it as it is material info. if they don't typical pofs management move,lol!
