Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Serious overuse of the term POFS

GG - Every BB needs someone to play the THREAD TOOL. We used to have SHINY to beat against a rock, now we have someone WAY WORSE...WAY WORSE... ( Best Trump voice used).

Actually, the Ferret is not really serious, but this is the part he has taken on, cause people respond to him, fueling the fire of his incessant rants, that are mostly pointless and futile.

I no longer respond to his twisted, witless comments. The SHINE has warn off him, and he will move on soon enough when the pressure of holding IAE till STELLA or TAKEOUT is too hard to endure. The GEKKO will be there when it occurs. That will be a FUN DAY!!

We will CROW when we PEAK and do the DOUGY-B all the way to the Bankaroo!!

Would be interesting to hear about other BIG FISH in the FPF waters. Watching and waiting. DELEK may be as CRAFTY as the GEKKO when it all shakes out.
