i-80 Gold Corp. is a mining company. The Company is a gold and silver producer engaged in the exploration, development and production of gold, silver mineral and poly-metallic deposits. Its operations include Lone Tree, Ruby Hill, Granite Creek and McCoy-Cove. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits and Lone Tree processing complex (collectively, the Lone Tree Project). The total land package of the Lone Tree property consists of approximately 12,000 acres. The Ruby Hill Project is an advanced-stage development project with residual heap leach production, located within the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend. It owns a 100% interest in the Granite Creek gold project located at the intersection of the Getchell gold belt and the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Humboldt County, Nevada. It owns a 100% interest in the McCoy-Cove project. It holds a 100% interest in the FAD project located along the Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend in Eureka County, Nevada.

RE: ?Thu 1 Feb 2001 News Release Peter Allard has acquired, as the result of normal course purchases through the facilities of the Canadian Venture Exchange, beneficial ownership of, or the power to exercise control or direction over, an additional 271,500 common shares of ICT Pharma Inc. As a result of the acquisition, Mr. Allard, as of Feb. 01, 2001, had direct or indirect beneficial ownership over 2,962,570 common shares of the company, representing approximately 26.3 per cent of the issued and outstanding share capital as at such date. Mr. Allard purchased the securities for investment purposes. Mr. Allard may acquire additional securities or dispose of his existing securities on the basis of his assessment of market conditions and in compliance with applicable securities regulatory requirements.
