Talked to my neighbor today who actually suggested that housing prices could continue their upward trajectory indefinitely, without meaningful correction. Adults abandoning reason in favor of fantasy portends financial disaster. I bought another 1 1/2 ounces of the real stuff tonight, purely as a response to this insanity.
