so mytec understands why ibg cant sweeten more than already have  because it will hurt company going forward   but still will vote no.   wow - many of these bondholders are just clueless greedy bunch.  with the bonus, it is like they are paying 11% (much higher than the 7%) rate over 5 years .  company is profitable and always was cashflow positive even all of last year with big losses - so 11% is more than fair - geez - what do u want 20%   lmao
