Directors should review businesses outside North AmericaCanadian business is outstanding. Poor performance in USA and UK in the 4th quarter and not well explained. Directors should question whether business outside North America is worth the effort.
Liquidation of assets outside NA would further reduce bank lndebtedness. For a small company like IBI Group, managing businesses in foreign countries has higher risks and costs.
