Revenue growth of 13%

15.0% Adjusted EBITDA¹ (net of IFRS 16)margin

Net debt¹ to Adjusted EBITDA multiple reduced to 1.1 times

20% growth in backlog to $586 million or 17 months

It might have the normal blah response tomorrow with strong appreciation in the next week or two.

Suitors must be looking at this backlog and these margins and be fully salivating. No better deal in this sector. Bar none.

I agree --- fantastic results, with hints of more to come. It will be interesting as always to see the market reaction. Guidance hasn't changed so I don't imagine these numbers will spawn major TP upgrades, just further conviction in the targets already out there.

Anyone care to speculate on how IBI's business (or backlog) could be affected by inflationary pressures?
