Strategic review

Strategic reviewThe frustration with IBI is that it cannot maintain momentum for very long.  The analyst give it a strong buy, the results have been improving, way undervalued relative to peers and yet it only gets limited attention.
Given that fact that succession will soon be an issue and the stock is so undervalued, the Board should initiate a strategic review to see if they can generate some interest. NCIB has not done much so maybe a small dividend or maybe a sale of the business. Scott has successful turned the company around so it would be an ideal time to monetize his share holdings, diversify his investments and then enjoy a financially secure retirement.
