A number of other ratios such as price to sales, ebitda margin etc are also better than STN or WSP but it does not seem to matter. Other than size, IBI to missing a dividend. Both Stantec and WSP pay a quarterly dividend with a yield just over 1%. IBI could pay a quartely dividend of 3 cents per share for an annual cost just over 4 million dollars. COME ON DIRECTORS
