It's going to be a challenge - SNC only fulfils 1 and a half of your criteria!

3) Management with skin in the game. SNC execs sell as soon as they are awarded stock.
4) Management with integrity and that's smart / long-term focused (doesn't have to be perfect). Definitely an issue!!!!
