What I want and what I actually get

I love Indigo and would love to see them do well 
today I was going to buy 2 books 
- the 6 keys by Jillian Michaels 
-Limitless by Jim Kwik 

It would be $26 less on amazon.ca 
please confirm as this is not a bash a sad fact

If you want Indigo to make money, buy it in the store, not online.  After paying third party shipping, they make pennies per transaction according to Reisman. Have you ever tried sending something with tracking by Canada Post?  Amazon has a cheaper inhouse delivery system used sub contractors and still the cap rate for Amazon is almost half a percent.  Amazon is not doing so well ...more

I would assume that pre-covid online sales were less profitable than covid-era online sales. Why? Just the fact that if you ship 2-3x more volume through your online platform and warehouse infrastructue will increase efficiency and productivity in the online channel. In addition, probably both customer mix and product mix have seen shifts during the pandemic: people who are less price sensitive ...more

I went to the mall for the first time this year and was surprised at how busy it was. People lining up to get into stores, and limited parking. My thoughts are sales rebounded, and with the j sided buying they probably agree with my thinking.  GLA.
