RFP Sold...

at a 56% premium PLUS a share in tarrif refunds. Now the lawsuits come out alledging that the price was too low! 
This pretty well describes the situation with woodies in general albeit with a focus on P&P rather than lumber...UNDERVALUED! I would love to see this happen here.
New owners (doesn't close until Fall) will likely divest lumber division. Another growth opportunity for IFP?
On a side note, gotta like the price of lumber action this week.
