New debenture financing

Hopefully this new debenture financing funds operations through to the issue of a positive Feasibility Study in  the second half of 2023. The FS, judging from the PFS and later excellent exploration results, including potential early mining of high-grade pods, should be spectacular! In that context and in the context of the current pitifully low share price, it is good to see a reasonably non-dilutive financing: one warrant exerciseable at $2.10 for every $8 of debenture. As usual finding common cause with your post is difficult.  ME could easily have taken the company private. Instead he did a deal that relatively speaking only modestly dilutes us. His 10% in this environment could have been higher out of the gate. There is lots of 10% paper left for anyone who has the room. I wish I had it. We're "producing" at MP and have grown RC's ...more
