I think the mkt wants to understand how their share of block caving will be funded.  I no longer think that Mt Polley is a credible answer.  Would be nice if the  Independent Directors did their job through here....

I draw the following conclusions from this financing: The insiders are very happy to pick up a bunch of shares at an attractive price - excellent evidence of their confidence in III's prospects. The amount of the financing is small - I expect that it will carry III through to the issue of the Updated Mineral Resource by month-end, and the issue of the Feasibility Study by year-end

I certainly appreciate the last point in your list of  comments.  Have been scratching my head why ME hasnt taken the company private and decamped to his tax haven...
