I do not like to own physical homes but what a fantastic opportunity to be a landlord all over Canada in your personal investment account.

Been buying IIP.UN, CAR.UN, TCN, MI.UN, KMP.UN, DIR.UN, SMU.UN, WIR.UN, HOM.UN along with NVU.UN



Once everything gets back on normal - the reset goes back and folks realize hmm .. . . life goes on and nothing has changed - we still need a place to stay as BSdetector2016 says. 

Looking at TNT.UN and PRV.UN  .. . TNT.UN is founded and CEO is same guy who founded True North REIT and Starlight. 



For those who want to own some of the premium office buildings in downtown Toronto - D.UN  (Dream Office) has been beaten down 50%. Dream Office owns around 16% of Dream Industrial - just a FYI.
