The depositors will be protected going forward but not the equity holders of the banks at risk. The Bank Term Funding Program would already apply to banks that have high quality assets and that can sale its assets (more than 1 year) to the Fed in exchange for the liquidity they need. These assets have to be collateralized assets and that unsecured debt holders and equity holders are not protected from the program. 

For Acuityads, they have deposits with SVB and so they are protected. I would not be worried about them unless of course you question their risk management competency. I'm sure there will be plenty of angry shareholders at the start of the bell but it's anyones guess how it will play out.
