On the other hand, we never actually gave them a cent.Cambior's common shareholders will receive 0.42 common shares of IAMGOLD for each issued share of Cambior
So we just print up some shares and gave it to them in exchange. I think that is the way it works. Hopefully, in the long run we may look like geniuses.

What have we got now?
The new IAMGOLD will be the tenth largest publicly-traded primary gold producer in the world with the following attributes:
* 1.1 million ounces of gold production annually
* Reserves totaling 9.7 million ounces
* Measured and indicated resources of close to 21 million ounces
* Inferred resources of 8 million ounces
* Cash and bullion balance in excess of US$210 million and limited debt
