RE: Jagdeo meets with IAMGOLD teamI own shares of IMG, and I sure wish that the company would get a few breaks. On the subject of Guyana, if I recall correctly, OMAI, which they inherited when they bought Cambior, is where there was a major cyanide spill into fresh water streams some years ago. I doubt that the meeting with Mr. Jagdeo would have been very productive for IMG, considering that, recently, Mr. Jagdeo announced that Guyana is willing to trade preservation of its environment for international aid, i.e., "we'll preserve our rain forests, etc., but we need financial support from the international community". I don't see how the meeting could have been very beneficial to IMG.
