RE: Insider Buying $7.65... The only problem here is that the options don't cost them anything. If they wanted to show faith in their own company, they'd put their money where their mouth is and purchase common shares in the open market without the use of options/warrants/ etc. That being said, two insiders, Dengler, W. Robert and MacDougal, Craig Steven both bought (Indirect Ownership) common shares in the last ten listings. Dengler (20K) & MacDougal 1,430. If I knew what "Indirect Ownership" meant then one could better understand Dengler's 20K purchase.
