Their partner, Votorantim, with the other 50% ownership, is only the second largest mining company in Brazil and therefore couldn't possibly interested in little junior partner with 85-90 million shares outstanding who holds the other 50% in a 3.5 billion dollar open pit mine which is still in the process of expanding its resource.
What ever even made you look at such a mini junior like ELN? It's always interesting as to why some traders take such an interest in stocks that they report so negatively on, that is of course unless they bought early and expected a triple in a week or so. IMO
