The most recent update I have seen was from the Pre-PDAC presentation it was an interesting listen for me. https://redcloudfs.com/iamgold-red-clouds-pre-pdac-2024/ At about the 1:00 mark Renaud Adams says they plan to introduce ore to the mill next week, video is from last week so next week = this week (March 11 - 17) and again confirmed they expect to have first gold in March.
