[My Thoughts]I consider IMP to be an engineering firm or in the engineering stage.
WHEN this deal closes it will validate its potential.
10x from here is the new low (upon deal closre).
Then it needs to be in the hands of the SALES & MARKETING team.
In those hands it will go at least 10x from there...why?
This quantum data plays directly into the insurance and advertising space.
If this toolset earns or saves the above 2 industries even 10% (predicting risk and predicting optimum ad locations for example) then this is worth multi billions.
Now, will it still be IMP at that pont, and will shareholders reap all of that...not likely...but there should be massive revenues for this kind of data going forward...
Of course STEP ONE is to close this deal...then leverage additional deals...then onto SALES AND MARKETING in some way shape or form...then flood gates.
1-3 years...I'll likely have taken my small 10x by then...but who knows....
Lets get this thing over a buck first....
