In addition, if the deal was 'in the bag' then volume would indicate so and the price would be closer to a valuation with a $200m+ consideration...and that really bothers me...
Warning signs are there...and I too have seen this before...my spider senses are tingling...
So this is a gamble.
If the deal closes....or if other deals are in the pipe and are announced...longs win....BIG.
If not...well....
