RE:RE:RE:I suspect Prokofiev and Da*** are the '001' & '007' sellersAnd another thing...you do quite well pointing out high risk plays like CRS...where they have no revenue and have limited to no past success...and I appreciate that.
BUT
IMP has a signed $200m+ contract so they do not fall into your usual high risk plays...this is derisked.
So after the first month delivery and monthly milestone it seems to me that imp will have roughly 18mil can$ (my guestimate).
And lets not forget the 200m or so accumulated tax loss that can be consumed....
Forgive my exuberance but a play like this comes by once every ten years.....

You dont think $12mil upfront plus 3mil revenue 2mil profit per month for 3 years (all US$) is enough to cover outstanding debts?
Im not saying it wont happen but you say some guy on a message board said he heard that in a call?
Do you have anything more substantive?
I would like to know.
The US$ bid is at .2275 ... almost where you need it to be anyway....
And when there is a $200mil contract signed...it is not pumping...

After the announcement someone just shows up on another board "hey look at this" stock was 30 cents higher than where it is today even after extending debts and executing the contract.
Still might be ok but stranding a whole new set of buyers at higher levels as it drops every day is going to be another obstacle.
This might shake out to the down side before it moves up again. Ill be a buyer at 20 or under on the US side. Of course a PP could blow the thing for everyone.
Assuming the down payment comes in a month or two, IMP will still owe 10-13 million plus 2.25 million in interest to Vertex when it comes. Hence the potential for a PP. Which we know from people that called (if true), that said "think after the contract" they were told.
