The small guys ALWAYS think the big brokers and institutions are out to get them. Enough stupid conspiracy theories that don't exist. In REALITY, when a LARGE seller of an ILLIQUID stock (IMP) wants to sell their position over time without tipping their hand, they'll do a couple of things: 1. they will employ multiple brokers on the sell side and 2. they will throw the order through an algorithm that automatically sells the stock based on a percentage of the volume traded during the day. Since we've seen very few block trades in IMP over the past several months, you don't have to be an Einstein to figure out how the seller is operating. So, a 1500 share trade with a minute and a half before the close was likely done by a computer run by an algorithm............
