Once that decision has been made, they don't stop and change their minds after selling 80% of the position. They have moved on. Since this is a retail stock, there is nowhere near enough firepower on the buyside to counteract their selling. Let's keep things simple here: this stock is worth a lot more than where it's trading; once this seller is complete, the shares will move higher, simple as that. They probably have no more than 3.5mm shred left to sell.
