Regarding the Options and the vote, what you are saying is that either:
(A)the retail vote matters not (enough votes have already been secured) or
(B)that retail will vote in favour without the financing.
If its (A) then its a moot point (for retail)
If its (B) then I wouldnt stake my investment on that

1. We have identified the tail numbers on two Intermap planes. One is sitting in Utah and the other's location is blocked at Intermap's reguest. Couldn't that plane be flying in Alaska or any number of other locations right now? I haven't seen any posts stating that it is confirmed to be in DRC right now.
2. There has been discussion about Intermap employees in the DRC at this moment, but as far as I can tell, that is all supposition at this point. Nobody knows if Intermap has anybody in the DRC, correct?
3. There is an assumption that the financing will close prior to the annual meeting, as there is a belief that Intermap wouldn't try to get a new options plan in place prior to receiving financing/first payment for SDI #1?
Please let me know if I am missing anything in my understanding. If am understanding everything correctly, then I would say that you guys are getting your hopes up without any real reason to. I don't think that the company is in any way worried about proposing the new option plan without having received funding for the new deal. They need to plan for these changes far in advance of anything actually happening.
I do believe that the company will ultimately get the financing and begin SDI #1, as well as close many other SDI's, but I don't think there is any reason to believe it will be by this Friday.
Please let me know if I am missing something.
