RE:RE:RE:[Unspoken News]Dont know if my posts are coming through...ever notice that SH goes down when market volatility goes up?
Anyway, I tend to agree...
Regarding what I highlighted in your text:
- would IMP call for options without knowing something (especially in thier financial situation)?
- would Vertex increase exposure by %30 without knowing something?

I tend to believe its just a matter of time...and prefer to believe a short timeline...

The lack of clarity has butchered the stock price.  I also feel that any more delays could be a life or death situation for this company. There is no way waiting til june 30th for another "sorry" letter is going to work this time and leave management with any credibility whatsoever. The second issue, as I have addressed before is that you just dont wake up on june 30th and find things out as management would have to know something earlier . Failed financing, unexpected hurdles etc. Something material would require a public release. Plus its now a pattern of "everything is on track" until the last day when it is not on track. This is troubling.

I am not sure who gives them advice to pass loan dates without updates to announce nothing at the very last minute etc etc but that is the wrong advice. This is my opinion and one need only look at the stock price since the award high to see the effect of this.

Also, it would be different is this company was not on life support etc.
