RE:RE:Reached out to IR...I guess there never was a 90 day windowAre you serious? No link to validate? No reference to time/date/year?
This typed text could have been from 5 years ago.
" ...could have moved it to May..." that sounds like moving it forward from mar...not backword from june..."too expensive..." what????
Check the spelling of the yellow highlighted text...wrong!
"This years meeting has STANDARD issues..." and adding a bunch of options is STANDARD?? Really?
Im being a diIck but this could easily be more heresay garb...please employ better standards...

Q: I understand the rules governing the Annual Group Meeting, but who picks the exact date? It seems odd that this years meeting date (next week) is far later into the year than last years. One would surmise that the timing of the meeting was so it would be after the close of the SDI.
A: The date is picked so far in advance that there would be know way of knowing the timing of the SDI close. This year’s meeting has standard issues associated with it so the timing is really irrelevant. Our goal is to have the AGM completed by the end of May or as soon thereafter as possible. We could have moved it to May, but it would have been more expensive for us to do this, which doesn’t make any sense.
