Here is a twist....
- just suppose all our wranglings regardng DRC are misguided, as IMP has not yet officially announced where or who the parties are involved....they could come out and announce SDI #2, #3, #4 (one of those)...and call it SDI #1 as we have no company communication that the DRC and the INGA Dam project are even in play....lol <---

So if YOU were in charge, knowing the potential Volatility with Brexit this week, would you wait till next week to make any kind of announcement (yes I know material must be released within a certain time...but these things have a way of remaining silent until they are not)...or do it PRIOR to Brexit?
