Down 4.29% now?

Interesting that this fund is down 4.29% today on last day for dividend.  Any idea why?  TIA.

It's thinly traded, so one guy can really move it.

its been trading at a large premium.  Managment has only just started an ATM financing program. (at the market)...not sure what took them so long. I don't have any but would suggest it is past the time to take profits off the table.  But then, they are players that could push this up some more, even though NAV is lagging.  Good Luck.
