RE:RE:Acquisition of a 50.6 MW Solar Farm in Chile

RE:RE:Acquisition of a 50.6 MW Solar Farm in Chile50.6 MW times 8,760 hours in a year times the average operation of 26.6% = 118,000MWh/year. In other words it operates at 13.5MW on average, year-round.

The payback can't be calculated as they only provide cost and gross revenue.  Need net earnings, which will be less than $5.5M revenue/year to get payback.  Would have been nice if they included it so we can see whether this deal is accretive.
