What's With the Share Price?

What's With the Share Price?I've seen many, what I thought, were good or positive news releases from this company over the years and thought it was positioned for decent growth.  We had a little blip but that's all.  We are now priced at 2015 levels and the stock price sure doesn't look like it wants to go up.  This is the only big Utlility company that has negative 5 year growth.  I was under the impression that this was a solid growth sector for the future.  WTF happened to this company?  I'd love to have faith but it's like a boot to the head everyday with the share price going lower.  Sorry, just rambling in confusion I guess.  GLTA.
