RE:RE:RE:insider sales
RE:RE:RE:insider salesThat;'s great analysis. There must be a reason why these guys are bailing out. A 10% yield was hit at one point today. Even so, I'm still waiiting to see the 7s before I am tempted to buy back in.
Helpmeplease wrote: According to INK Research over the last few months four 10% Insiders acting in concert each sold on a daily basis an equal number of units – the reported insider selling activity finished on March 22 when each of the four held 3,226,749 units – that number being less than 10% meant that they were no longer insiders and therefore do not have to report their activity in INO units – there is no doubt that a significant causal factor in the increased daily volume and declining unit value over the last few months can be attributed to the activity of these four former insiders – further there is no reason to believe that the daily selling ceased after March 22 as evidenced by volume and price since that date – the intentions of these four significant unit holders are unknown and represent a cloud over the future of INO.
Also of note is that INK reports no unit holdings for either the CEO or CFO – and few units held by directors.
