Stock will go lower
This weekend, Europe is facing another significant increase in energy prices because Russia has turned off the taps to natural gas.  A recession will now come not because of rising interest rates but because of out of control energy costs.  Rising interest rates will only make the recession worse in Europe.  I'm guessing the payout ratio will rise above 100% once again and the yield will soon be over 11%.  Its too bad.  The company has good properties but the poor economic outlook is going to hurt them.  In the short to medium term, there doesn't seem to be a way for INO to avoid this.
