Heavily discounted now at more than 40% below NAV. Should go private and be put up for sale.

NAV per share is easily $8 or some reports (like CFRA) say $10 per share ! Historically they traded at around 80% of NAV so if NAV is $8 it should be at least $6.40 .. and if you use $9/share as NAV from their latest 2Q 2022 financials it ought to be over $7 and if you use $10 it ought to be $8, which is ~60% above the current depressed price of around $5.   ==> Certainly a buy buy ...more
