Full details of the Transaction will be included in the INV Metals management information circular which is expected to be mailed to shareholders in June 2021 and made available on SEDAR under the issuer profile of INV Metals at www.sedar.com. The shareholder meeting is expected to be held in July 2021 and the Transaction is expected to close shortly thereafter.
Dundee is an excellent value gold stock, and I will be holding my shares. There was a lot more upside with INV, but there is a lot less risk with Dundee. Dundee really got a great deal on INV. It only cost them about 5% dilution, and Loma Larga will increase their profits by 50%. Dundee was already one of the best value gold stocks out there, but with 50% growth on the way, the stock is an absolute steal.
