Suncor
We have seen today , the effect on Suncor share prices as a result of interest shown by Elliot Investment management.
There are sure to be lots of theories and explanations as to why the SP jumped by 12%
So, not to bore you further , here is my theory
Some Investment houses see great value in growth. Hardly any sizeable petroleum firm is going to provide that. That leaves a giant hole for others to walk through. That is what Elliot wants from SU.
But that is exactly what much smaller Ipco can provide. So lets see where management is taking us next week !!
