Last note issue had a rate of 6.875%. So somewhat of an improvement, not considering the prevailing rates.

Credit Facility could be at an expensive rate and maybe some financial pressure since it is variable. In anycase, frees up capacity and at least their lenders continue to be willing to finance them.

"The company will use the net proceeds of the offering to fund capital projects, repay indebtedness under its revolving credit facility and for other general corporate purposes."
