..received my formal offer paperwork from BROOKFIELD on tues-offer by "BISON AQUISITION CORP" to buy IPL for terms all ready posted. Interesting, page 44.
TOTAL RETURNS over time : 5 year IPL negative 9% , BIP positive 226% ,10 year IPL positive 59% , BIP positive 522%. BIP 's the clear WINNER for shareholders..all IPL management is trying to do is protect their own jobs..dwdc
