Yeah my package arrived Friday and it clearly states the offer on the cover and they can clearly shove it!

The offer price of $16.50 does not appear anywhere on the first page. You have to go looking for it in the details. Its almost like they are hiding it. Also the explanation for receiving all stock or cash / stock is not clear at all.

I've done this before with other offers to purchase and this one seems much more difficult to execute. Not too impressed.
