RE:Undervalued and underwhelmedI've held IPL for more than 10 years, primarily for the dividend. I just sold all shares yesterday as I just wasn't as optimistic about the immediate success of the Heartland project or the Debt load. There are significant risks and I believe your assumption is immediate success.
I believe these are valid questions.  Why is IPL for sale? Why is it BIPC or PPL? It appears to me to be a desperate fire sale.

Of course there is potential for huge long term cash flow but not without significant short term risks regardless of who owns it.

I took the immediate perceived premium.
