Compared to all the other Canadian piepline/midstreams IPL sells off very aggresivley but doesn't outperform on the upside, despite the rest of the sector flashing yield warning signs of potential dividend cuts, and stalled projects/cap-ex spending to keep paying those divs. One would think with the risk of a dividend cut out of the way here, Heartland fully funded and closer to completion, IPL would be less risky in the sector. I guess not.
