Brookfield acquisition from EnbridgeThree years ago, Brookfield agreed to purchase gas midstream assets in Canada from Enbridge for $4.3 million. These assets were acquired by Enbridge when it purchased Spectra. They were primarily tired, old facilities built by Westcoat many years ago - not the most desirable asset.
