Link below is another take on up coming senarios you could run through yoir mind.
I see a lot of price jawboning like 2014-15 where every few weeks there was an emergency OPEC meeting to be held in Zurich wildly moving the oil price, only to be cancelled a week before the date because no one was invited. Rinse and repeat for the next year or so.
It reads like the first phase of the jawboning to get the Opec members together.
IPL seems tied to the price of oil so it'll be a bumpy ride.
Maybe a monthly IPL update would help calm prices.
