Opec should cut productrion even without Russia. Their ecominies are collaspsing. While most of OPEC countries have  support edprodution cost. Saudi Arabis is the one to convicne.  Trump can withhled ecomomy suppport to SA. SA can not survie at such low WTI for six months or up to one year other members can't.
