RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:nice march higherI'm being nit picky I know but when you say "the implied premium is a lot less", maybe you don't get the math? There is 0 premium, in fact, the bid is at a DISCOUNT to the market price. Every single share that has traded since their bid has been above the lowball bid. Every share will vote no.

Market is pricing in a slightly increased bid from BIPC for IPL, enough to win the vote, and no white knights. PPL is not going to bid, and the fact that this is oil infrastructure is going to remove most others from consideration. The remaining will not be so interested in competing against Brookfield. I believe this gets done under or at $20 at best. Holding my shares still, but I believe BIPC will likely get their votes at far less than what IPL's board believes.
