RE:RE:RE:Undervalued and underwhelmedSo your saying the board was not confident in their " do nothing" tactic to fend off BIPC so they had to merge with PPL? If so, this is also concerning.
  So again, Why is PPL the only other suitor if IPL is so undervalued?  On the surface neither appear  as great options based on expectations of HPC and the apparent rise in Oil prices. Enter a 3rd party and this gets real interesting.  It's the unknown that concerned me so I sold. Certainly respect others positions and now until Q1 2022 should be interesting.  For now, I'm happy to be watching from the sidelines ....where it is Green at the moment.
